Why is Obama spending a million bucks for 3 law firms to defend pressure in showing a VALID birth certificate?

Instead of spending all that money wouldn’t it be easier to just provide this basic document? These 3 law firms are also tasked with keeping his collage records sealed that would probably reveal he was a foreigner getting foreign aide.
