Celebrate, thanks for answering, but that was not responsive to the question asked. The question is about spending. I’m asking if this spending bill would look any different, given the current makeup of the Congress, if there were no recession.

The question isn’t about Bush or how we came to be in this mess.

(Personally, I blame both parties and am a member of neither, but that is not relevant either.)

yes the copy and paste stuff is informative but i think everyone who was affected by it has already read the summaries. What i want to know is are they doing anything with it now. Whats taking so long. Do they have a time line. That sort of info. Anything that has happened since bush decided to veto it.
