When is the military spending bill getting signed?

I want to re-enlist in the army but until the military spending bill is signed there are no bonus’s for 08. Im not re-enlisting for a maybe.
yes the copy and paste stuff is informative but i think everyone who was affected by it has already read the summaries. What i want to know is are they doing anything with it now. Whats taking so long. Do they have a time line. That sort of info. Anything that has happened since bush decided to veto it.
