That $162 billion is borrowed money.He is leaving this country with a tremendous amount of debt and one of the reasons why the US Dollar is barely worth the paper that its printed on. When you owe any country tremendous amounts of money, it strengthens their position and weakens yours. George does much of his borrowing from China.
