The economy is already ruined. We’ve wasted a trillion dollars trying to democratize Iraq. While the rest of the economy has gone to crap, corrupt contractors like Haliburton and Blackhawk are making huge profits jeopardizing the lives of the American military. Bush had a stimulus plan of $400 billion that went straight to the bankers and CEOs who caused this whole mess and wasted billions on extravagance. Now there is a plan that will actually put Americans back to work and improve our infrastructure instead of Iraq’s and partisan obstructionists are complaining.
