Can anyone name a single spending bill that has been passed since Bush took office without his signature?

If I am correct can anyone honestly say that Bush had no input nor authority over spending after he requested the funds AND signed the bills?
Just Treading Water (below) Congress can’t overide Bush without a two thirds majority. Do they have a two thirds majority on either side of the Isle? Would enough reps crossover to make it happen?
