My point is Bill Clinton was far more fiscally conservative than GW Bush yet Bush supporters NEVER give Bill Clinton credit for anything.

If I am correct can anyone honestly say that Bush had no input nor authority over spending after he requested the funds AND signed the bills?
Just Treading Water (below) Congress can’t overide Bush without a two thirds majority. Do they have a two thirds majority on either side of the Isle? Would enough reps crossover to make it happen?
