Does this make any sense at all? Obama spends 170million on his inagration but freezes pay to his aides?

He criticized McCain for asking the people on his staff who could afford it to work for $1. This is crazy… if he is the agent of change why point the finger at other people to justify what he is doing? He spent 170million and you say so Bush did it too, but that is a lie. We are in an economic downturn. Why did Obama not do as he promised and conserve? I thought he was the agent of change?
